These problems might be temporary or more long term and will range from minor anxiety to more serious mental illness. It is very important that we are looking after our mental health and wellbeing and at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ we are providing a range of wellbeing, counselling and online supports for students.
Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is working with togetherall to provide a supportive, online community. togetherall is a digital mental health support service which is available online, 24/7, and is completely anonymous so you can express yourself freely and openly.
This online support does not replace the in person support we have available to all students in the form of our counselling and wellbeing services. It compliments this support and gives you more choices for how you want to support your own mental health.
Professionally trained Wall Guides monitor the community to ensure the safety and anonymity of all members. In addition to togetherall’s online community, you will have access to useful resources and you can work through tailored self-help courses covering topics such as anxiety, sleep, stress, depression, and many more.
