I have been a registered staff nurse for 16 years specializing in Coronary Care and Intensive Care in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh and Western General Hospital. Whilst maintaining my clinical roots, I commenced a lecturing post with Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ last year with my main focus teaching clinical skills on the Undergraduate Nursing programme.
I am currently half way through studying MSc Professional and Higher Education at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ.

- NMC register as Registered Nurse, Specialist Nurse and Teacher. Fellow of Higher Education Academy
The teaching areas that I cover are Clinical Nursing skills across years 1-3, nursing care for the acutely unwell adult and manual handling.
